In our experience, most issues can be managed quickly and informally and are due to misunderstanding. We really do want to provide you with excellent care at all times. However, if you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, The Hove Practice follows a formal Complaint Resolution Procedure which meets the requirements set out by the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF) for its members and also the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS).
