A 45 minute in-person symptom assessment with your dedicated private GP.
Includes health advice, prescription (if required), and a 15 minute face-to-face or video follow-up around 3 months later to review your progress.
If a comprehensive blood panel is recommended during this consultation, the additional cost can be customized to your needs.

If it is not possible to accurately assess or treat you remotely, a face-to-face appointment will be offered within the fee.

We use the country's largest independent laboratory (The Doctors Laboratory) ensuring the highest standards of precision, range and availability of tests.
We can test for most conditions and all results are reviewed by your Private GP who will provide you with a bespoke, written explanation of what they mean for you and your health, generally within 2 working days.
Tests are charged in addition to consultation fees.
For repeat medication prescriptions we have already prescribed for you at our practice, or have clearly been discussed during a previous consultation, or recommended in writing to us by a GMC registered, and UK practicing, medical consultant (at our discretion).
We will prescribe up to 3 months of medication at a time.
To prescribe repeat medications, we require you to book a face to face consultation at least annually and, for certain medications, every 6 months.
We offer an extensive range of immunisations suitable for standard and travel-related schedules, adhering to UK, American, or European guidelines.
For specialized requirements or new patients, a "Standard Consultation" is essential for an in-depth review of medical history and suitability.
We encourage prior contact to tailor to your specific needs. Please note, charges for vaccinations and immunisations, including B12, are separate from consultation fees.
ECG and Spirometry are available within 30 minute (or longer) face-to-face consultations for an additional fee.
Please inform your Private GP at the start of the consultation if you think you would like one.
Alternatively, your Private GP may recommend you perform these based on your symptoms or condition.
Reports for insurance cost reclamation following a Private GP consultation.
Referral letters/correspondence written immediately following a consultation, in addition to those included within a consultation charge as detailed above, are charged per letter.
Referral letters/correspondence requested more than 7 days after a consultation are charged per letter.
In certain cases, we may not be able to write the referral and will ask you to book a consultation. This charge will be used against that fee if so.
Within our consultations, if required, we offer up to 30 minutes access to telephone translator services via Languageline Solutions, a highly experienced and reputable company, with healthcare expertise.
For those with hearing difficulties, this service can be used as a video call for BSL.
Renewal applications require a recent assessment with your Private GP, an up-to-date print out of your NHS record/medical history and may necessitate a telephone/video call from your Private GP.
Payment does not guarantee approval of the renewal.
Your NHS GP will be informed once we have completed the renewal/application.
Reports for private medical insurance applications (generally paid for by insurance firms as opposed to individuals)
Appointments are secured via advanced payment.
We can hold credit on account to streamline phone bookings, or bookings for family members/colleagues. Please contact us to arrange this.
Repeat prescriptions should be requested online. Bookings are for an approximate time and requests may not be completed until the end of the day depending on workload. Please ensure medication is requested a week in advance of running out to avoid any problems. Some requests may require an appointment before issue.
Appointment cancellation incurs a £5 administrative charge. This will be waived if the deposit is left on account for future use.
Full refunds are provided (minus the £5 cancellation fee or with the option to leave funds on account) if cancelled over 24 hours in advance of the booked appointment.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment is charged 50% of the full consultation fee.
Cancellation within 2 hours of the booked appointment, or non-attendance, is charged the full consultation fee.
Consultation fees may vary from the above, are payable on booking and are non-refundable, as we charge for our time as well as any administration and correspondence following your appointment.
Any Telephone or Email advice from the doctor is likely to be charged when a significant amount of advice, treatment and organisation is involved. This includes, but is not limited to, providing specialist recommendations and referrals.
