We are running face to face general practice services as usual, but are taking additional precautions to protect our patients and staff.

Our practice is within a traditional Hove property, with steps to the main entrance. We strive to ensure this does not obstruct your general practice and nursing care.
Please call or email us if you require ramp access and we will prepare it for your visit.
Width restrictions range from 82cm to 71cm and are, regrettably, unsuitable for mobility scooters. If this applies to your situation, please don't worry, your Brighton and Hove Private GP will be happy to consult via Video or conduct a Home Visit.
All of our team will strive to assist with your entry and exit from the Practice, and support you during your visit whatever may be required. Please discuss with us upon booking in order to discuss your requirements.
We regret that we can not allow any animals within the practice, this includes guide dogs. Please inform us ahead of time if you need to attend with an animal so we can help you make alternative provisions.
We subscribe to LanguageLine Solutions; this provides instant access to translators and Medical Interpreters in more than 200 languages. Whilst we can call them instantly, we would appreciate advance notice upon booking your appointment that an interpreter will be required. This service incurs additional charges.
We have a portable hearing loop available free for your use, and BSL video interpreters available (see charges). Please ask our reception team to prepare this for you upon your arrival at the practice and ensure you switch your hearing aid to the "T" position. Our Practice is a calm environment, with appointments timed to minimise waiting and our consulting rooms decorated to avoid undue stimulation and make a trip to the doctors feel less 'clinical'.
