Eligibility:
The offer applies to individuals aged 18 years or older.
The offer only applies to the following appointment types: Standard Consultation (30 minutes), Executive Medical (60 minutes), Menopause Assessment (45 minutes and 15 minute follow up). It does not apply to any other type of appointment.
Discount Application:
Discounts on blood tests are only valid when:
Paid for immediately following the consultation or executive medical.
The phrase “Let’s Make 2025 My Healthiest Year” is quoted in the comments section at the time of booking.
Appointment Changes:
Rescheduled appointments will only retain the discount if the new appointment falls within the offer validity period.
Cancellations will not be refunded if the service has been partially or fully rendered.
Our usual cancellation policy applies.
Exclusions:
This offer holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation or alternative services.
It is not transferable to other patients.
Medical Liability:
The Hove Practice will provide a detailed report and recommendations based on the blood test results; however, it is the patient’s responsibility to follow through with any further medical actions.
